When is the procurement deadline?

All procurement items are due by Friday, March 6, 2026.

How do I submit a procured item?

All donated items, tangible or intangible, must be accompanied by a completed procurement form. Please drop off items at the school office or contact the HFK Auction Team to coordinate pickup.

What is an Auction Champion for Education?

Our Auction Champions are valued event sponsors whose generous financial support helps offset the costs of our gala, ensuring that more of the funds raised go directly to supporting our students and programs. By becoming an Auction Champion, businesses and families receive special recognition at the event while making a meaningful impact on our mission of educational excellence!

How can my business or family become a sponsor?

We offer multiple sponsorship commitment levels to fit various budgets and recognition goals. Contact the Development Department to learn about our sponsorship opportunities and benefits. We accept credit cards, checks, and DAF (Donor Advised Fund) transfers for your convenience.

What is the deadline for sponsorships?

To ensure your business receives full recognition in our printed materials, sponsorship forms are due by February 27.

How do I register for the auction?

Registration is available online by navigating to the "Registration" tab. Simply select your ticket type, provide guest information, and complete your reservation. Registration opens on February 26, 2026.

What is Early Bird Registration?

Register by March 15, 2026, and save $15 per person on your ticket purchase! Don't miss out!!!

What are Benefactor Tickets?

Benefactor tickets offer an elevated experience with exclusive access to the Benefactor Reception beginning at 5:30pm, featuring passed champagne, passed hors d'oeuvres, a complimentary beverage and early silent auction bidding.

When is the registration deadline?

Final reservations are due by March 29, 2026.

Are tables available for purchase?

A limited number of tables are available for purchase. Tables seat ten (10) guests. Contact the Development Department for details.

How do I indicate dietary restrictions or seating preferences?

You can submit dietary restrictions and seating requests directly through the online registration form. (Please note tables seat ten guests.) Our team will do our best to accommodate all requests to ensure you have a wonderful evening.

Should I save my payment method for use at the event?

Yes! We strongly encourage you to input and save your payment method (credit card) when you register. This makes check-in a breeze when you arrive and allows for seamless checkout at the end of the evening.

Is there a hotel room block available?

Yes, we have reserved a room block for the evening. Look for the booking code in the March school bulletins.

What about parking?

Parking is available free of charge in the hotel garage. Valet parking is also available for a fee if you prefer. Overnight guests will be charged the garage overnight parking rate.

What should I wear?

Think Old Hollywood glamour! Gentlemen, tuxedos or dark suits are perfect. Ladies, floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or your most glamorous attire. This is your night to shine and dress to impress!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards for event purchases, including registration, raffle tickets, and auction items.

Can I pay by check?

Yes! Please contact the Development Department to arrange payment by check, DAF or bank transfer.

When will I be charged for my auction purchases?

Credit card charges for auction items and event purchases will be processed through Greater Giving within the week following the Auction Gala.
